Before dedicating his life to creating and sharing music with the world, Rob Trent had designs on becoming an architect. It's no surprise, then, that the American DJ and producer approaches sound with that same philosophy – creating and contouring sonic structures to provide a space for people to belong, even if just for a few hours.

Hailing from Chicago, Trent's musical influences and audio idiosyncrasies reach far beyond the confines of a single state or genre. Having released the game-changing ""Altered States"" at the age of 14, he has continued to erode the boundaries of easily-defined sound for nearly 40 years, leading from the front with eclectic shows that prioritize shared experience over easy listening.
